POMELO STAR RUBY
The Star Ruby grapefruit is characterized by having a slightly redder pulp than that of the Hudson variety, Star Ruby being the grapefruit with the most intense coloration. Also, the external coloration is superior to that of more recent varieties.
In addition to these two important characteristics, Star Ruby grapefruit is almost seedless, very high juice content, and taste sweeter and less bitter than Marsh grapefruit and other pigmented varieties. It is the standard grapefruit or pattern with which the other varieties are usually compared.
